Creative Partnerships at NBCU developed, and continues to develop, a series of videos and graphics, for the Ad Council, in partnership with The White House and CDC. Available in both English and Spanish, the purpose of the content is to inform high-risk populations and the general public about the steps they can take to protect themselves and help stop of the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
As the status of COVID-19 remains fluid, so does our content. We’re continuing to work hand in hand with the Ad Council to ensure that all messaging to the American public is timely, informative, clear, and concise. The PSAs direct audiences to visit www.coronavirus.gov, a centralized resource that includes up-to-date information on the crisis.

HOW TO ACTIVATE
Please select the type of asset category you would like below. Follow the steps on the next page to obtain the proper information for your desired “COVID-19 Graphic Campaign” media type, length, and size.
If any of the “COVID-19 Graphic” spots air on the NBC or Telemundo broadcast networks in our client’s paid-for commercial time, the spots will need a legal disclaimer identifying the client as the underwriter, which will be inserted into the spots by our team.
The disclaimer will be on an end credit billboard in 10-point font stating, “Furnished by ____ [Client Name]” or “Proporcionado por ____ [Client Name]” and held for approximately 3 seconds. This disclaimer is required to satisfy FCC sponsorship ID requirements for the broadcast platforms. No other messaging or corporate logos will be permitted on these spots.
